VFT-BASIC
VFT-BASIC is a small and robust industrial washing machine that is particularly suitable for washing and/or degreasing complex, hard-to-wash parts and baskets. It is ideal for small factories, as well as the maintenance or repair departments of larger industrial facilities, where many different types of goods need to be carefully cleaned.
VFT-BASIC is an energy-efficient single-step machine with a pneumatic hatch. It is available in three models with several possible accessories. The machine is well insulated and has a completely closed fluid system. It has a low noise level, an ergonomic working height and is easy to maintain.
The goods requiring washing are placed on a fixture or in a basket that is pushed into the flushing chamber, after which the hatch is closed. The Flow-Jet function ensures that all parts of the goods are subjected to high pressure washing fluid and cavitation bubbles. The chamber is filled with fluid and constantly overflowed, so that oil, dirt and particles are efficiently rinsed away.
After washing, the steam is evacuated via a pneumatic damper. The damper then closes and the fan is used instead of blowing the goods. Heat can then be applied to dry the goods quickly and efficiently.
All the steps of the washing process are controlled via a user-friendly operator panel. The touch screen provides access to several different washing programs for different types of goods, which can be set and customized as needed. The panel also displays alarms and error signals in plain text.
The machine is equipped with doors that make servicing and maintenance easy.

VFT-Premium
VFT PREMIUM is a completely customized washing machine in which several customized modules are combined to meet specific requirements in terms of dimensions, cleanliness, dryness, temperature and washing.
The basis is a Flow-Jet wash, which ensures all parts of the goods are subjected to high pressure washing fluid and cavitation bubbles. The chamber is filled with fluid and constantly overflowed, so that oil, dirt and particles are efficiently rinsed away. Flow-Jet is at its best when the cleanliness requirements are at their highest and the shape of the goods being washed makes it difficult to get into all the cavities. It is also an ideal solution for fragile and/or very contaminated goods.
The machines are well insulated and have a completely closed fluid system to reduce their environmental impact. They have a low noise level, an ergonomic working height and are easy to maintain.
With this as a base, we then add machines and special features to ensure that the goods are sparklingly clean in accordance with the specifications.
Depending on the requirements and the structure of the goods, we can also integrate various unique features to ensure additional quality throughout the process.

Depending on your requirements, you can choose between single-step and multi-step machines, all of which can be loaded manually or automatically.
- Single-step machines: one tank for washing and degreasing.
- Two-step machines: two tanks – one for washing/degreasing and one for rinsing.
- Multi-step machines: multiple tanks for degreasing, normal washing, gentle washing and rinsing.
Each machine can be equipped with up to four separate fluid tanks and integrated drying. An alternative is to use common tanks with shuttle valves separating them, which prevent the various fluids from mixing.
These machines can then be combined in different ways based on different needs. The possibilities are endless. For example, several single-step and multi-step machines can be linked together and share tasks, to multiply the washing capacity and increase the washing speed. Depending on your specifications, they are equipped with different chemicals, different numbers of separate wash and flushing options, drying technologies and unique special features.
- A minimized bath volume allows the nozzles to be located at just the right distance from the goods, so that the full flushing pressure can be utilized while high circulation is also generated in the bath. Ejector injection of air into the wash bath provides cavitation, which is directed at the goods being washed, thus creating an efficient washing process.
- The oil and particles are carried up to the surface and don’t settle again when the level drops, as the fluid is constantly flowing over the edge of the bath.
- Fault diagnosis in plain text on the operator panel.
- The pressure line from the pump is oversized by one size to reduce pressure losses in the line and thereby obtain maximum flushing pressure across the flushing nozzles.
- Fully sealed hatch with protected rubber seal. The design makes it very easy to service, as the tank is fully accessible and equipped with large filter baskets.
